wow, what a fucking trip that was..

i'm eventually going to make a long post about seeing the mars volta on new years, i'm just kinda fucked for time. apparently i'm drinking over at jeff's tonight and i need to gather my wii and stuff and head over there.

the general gist is that seeing the mars volta was one of the best experiences of my entire life (so far) and that everything about the concert was designed specifically for people that did hallucinogens/stimulants. the lights, videos, and especially the peanut butter wolf video performance was absolutely intense.

omar and cedric are music gods, and part of the handful of musicians left that have serious devoted raw talent.

2k7 was another learning year. more on that later. hopefully 2k8 will be a "doing" year. hah.
